Position Description:

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the definition and development of strategies to achieve organizational objectives. The Senior Product Manager will provide leadership and oversight of product initiatives, from concept through launch, as well as ongoing management of existing products. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that products meet customer needs, align with business goals, and deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a lot of experience in product management. They should be able to lead large-scale projects. They should be able to communicate product requirements and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading new product initiatives, ensuring that products meet customer needs, tracking progress and performance of existing products, and developing go-to-market plans. They will be responsible for engaging stakeholders to ensure cohesive development processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically are required in the role.

The Director of Product Management will report directly to the Senior Product Manager, who will work closely with other departments. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field is required for the successful candidate. There is a need for a strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
