Position Description:

An exciting and rewarding position is the Senior Engineer, R&D. This role requires a highly technical and knowledgeable individual that has experience in the research and development of new products and processes. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside of the box and be comfortable working with complex projects.

Being responsible for leading the research and development of new products and processes is what this role entails. Ensuring that projects meet industry standards and tight deadlines will be your responsibility. You will be expected to consult with other departments to make sure that design objectives are met.

It is important that you have a thorough understanding of industry trends, materials selection, design principles, and technical documentation in order to excel in this role. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders. It is preferred that you have a background in mathematics, physics, and/or engineering.
