Position Description:

An essential role in a warehouse is the Warehouse Inventory Control Associate. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records is one of the responsibilities of this position. The Warehouse Inventory Control Associate needs to have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and be able to work with a team.

The Warehouse Inventory Control Associate is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage and distribution of goods in the warehouse. Maintaining accurate inventory records, checking incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing goods for shipment, and conducting regular inventory audits are some of the things this includes. The Warehouse Inventory Control Associate can perform other duties such as trouble shooting issues related to deliveries, providing customer service support, and working with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience in a similar role and understands the importance of accuracy. It’s good to have strong computer skills. The Warehouse Inventory Control Associate needs to be able to work well under pressure. Knowledge of safety procedures would be beneficial.
