Position Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing the cargo customer service operations of the airline. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved by providing leadership and guidance to a team of customer service agents. Cargo shipments will be moved in a timely manner and all paperwork will be processed correctly if you work closely with airport partners and other departments.

Strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are what the ideal candidate for this role has. The successful candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of the airline industry and its regulations, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective processes to improve customer service. The successful candidate must have the leadership skills to manage, motivate, and mentor direct reports.

You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, resolving disputes, and monitoring customer service metrics. You will be expected to develop programs that improve customer service efficiency, such as developing customer loyalty programs and introducing automated services. You may be required to provide ongoing coaching and feedback to your team, as well as train new team members on policies and procedures.
