Position Description:

You will be responsible for managing data-driven solutions to improve customer service and sales performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and implement solutions that enable organizations to identify customer needs, improve customer experience, and increase sales.

In this role, you will collect, analyze and interpret large amounts of customer and sales data to provide insights and recommendations on how to maximize business success. You will use your data analysis and visualization skills to help the organization make better decisions. You will work with stakeholders from different departments to ensure that data is collected, stored, and managed appropriately.

You will need to know a lot about data management and analysis techniques. Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex data sets. This role requires you to think critically and creatively when it comes to problem solving.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is what the ideal candidate should have. Professional experience with data visualization tools is required. It’s preferred that you have working knowledge of Python or R.
