Position Description:

The Engagement Manager – Advanced Analytics role requires the ability to provide strategic insights and direction to ensure successful projects are delivered. The individual in this position will be expected to work with clients to identify key business problems and then develop and implement solutions using advanced analytics. Excellent communication skills as well as strong problem-solving skills are required of the Engagement Manager.

This position requires a deep understanding of the principles and techniques of data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Knowledge of programming languages is required. The individual needs to have experience working with databases and big data tools.

The Engagement Manager should be able to draw conclusions from complex data. They should be able to recommend best practices for collecting and organizing data, as well as cleaning and prepping the data for analysis. Business stakeholders need to understand complex analytical results in a way that this individual can.

The Engagement Manager should have experience with projects from start to finish. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget is one of the things this includes.

The Engagement Manager should have great attention to detail, be able to manage multiple projects at once, and be highly organized.
