Position Description:

The day-to-day cash management operations of an organization are managed by the Senior Treasury analyst. The leader of the treasury team will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the effective use of capital resources while meeting short and long-term financial objectives.

The Senior Treasury analyst will be responsible for overseeing the daily cash operations, including forecasting, forecasting models, investment analysis, funding requests, cash flow projections, and debt management. The analyst will serve as a liaison between the treasury team and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate should have experience working with financial instruments and have a strong background in financial analysis.

The senior treasury analyst is expected to stay up-to-date on market trends and regulations that impact the treasury operations. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with external partners. The Senior Treasury analyst will work closely with senior leadership in order to assess financial risks, develop strategies, and make recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in treasury operations. Knowledge of systems and software is important. Candidates need strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
