Position Description:

The Agile Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, applying the principles and practices of the Agile methodology. A highly organized, driven self-starter with strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once is the ideal candidate.

Solid experience in project management, good communication skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders are required of the role. As an IT Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing processes, tools, and best practices that ensure successful delivery of IT projects. You will be expected to mentor other members of the project team.

The successful candidate has experience with Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. Writing user stories, creating sprint plans, managing sprints, and monitoring progress are some of the things this includes. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards will be your responsibility.

You should have a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies, as well as a deep understanding of the software development process. Interpersonal communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to think strategically about project goals and objectives. An ability to solve technical problems is also required.
