Position Description:

There is an airport.

The position of Cargo Agent is at the airport.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, who are mainly airline cargo companies. You will be in charge of ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

The duties of a Cargo Agent include working closely with customers to coordinate the loading and unloading of their freight from aircrafts, as well as responding to customer inquiries, processing payments, and providing assistance with tracking shipments. You may be required to provide general airport information and answer questions about cargo handling guidelines.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in this role. Good problem solving skills and being detail oriented are required. Knowledge of international customs regulations and procedures is required.

We are looking for a person with experience in customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on their own.
