Position Description:

The Detroit Metropolitan Airport has an exciting and challenging position for someone looking to make a difference in the travel industry. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to passengers and crew members alike, while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the DTW ramp. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading luggage and freight, assisting with aircraft boarding, marshalling aircraft on the ramp, conducting safety checks, and working with other personnel to ensure that all requirements are met.
You will be required to maintain a highly organized work area and adhere to safety regulations in addition to the core responsibilities. You will be able to provide exceptional service to customers from around the world. You need to be able to think on your feet and handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
