Position Description:
You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer service experience for our customers as a Customer Experience Specialist. You must be willing to represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism and respect in order to be the face of our company.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of customer service excellence and build a good relationship with customers.
