Position Description:

An important and exciting job is that of a ramp agent at the Atlanta Airport. As a ramp agent, you will be responsible for providing customer service to passengers while they are in the terminal, as well as assisting with aircraft loading and unloading. Ensuring that all ramp operations are conducted safely and in accordance with applicable regulations will be your responsibility.

You will work in a fast paced environment, interacting with customers from all over the world. You have to have a passion for aviation and have excellent customer service skills. You have to have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand on your feet for long periods of time, and climb ladders and stairs.
