Position Description:

A key position within the customer service team is the RCC Senior Customer Service Specialist. The role of this one is to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will be expected to use your knowledge and expertise to provide efficient, timely and accurate resolutions to our customers. All customer requests will be handled in an effective manner if you work closely with the customer service team members.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as being able to handle difficult customers in a professional manner are required. You need to be able to juggle and prioritize tasks, as well as maintain a high level of attention to detail when resolving customer service issues. When faced with challenging situations, it is important that you remain calm and have the ability to think critically. A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service combined with a strong understanding of the customer service process and how it affects the customer experience is what the ideal candidate will have.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the RCC Senior Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for overseeing the customer service team and assisting with training, coaching and development. Customer feedback will be analyzed to identify areas for improvement in order to enhance the customer experience. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire your team.
