Position Description:

A Quality Engineer is a key figure in an organization’s success, ensuring that products and services meet the highest quality standards. Quality Engineers inspect and analyze products to make sure they meet customer requirements. They are responsible for managing quality control systems and processes, conducting tests and inspections, and developing best practices and policies to ensure that products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Quality Engineers work closely with product design teams to ensure that products meet industry standards. You will work with product development teams to identify problems and develop solutions. Whether it is for a new product launch or an existing product improvement initiative, you will be assigned to lead various projects to improve quality procedures and processes.

You need to have good problem-solving skills and be able to work in teams. Quality Engineers must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented. Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance principles and procedures is required for this role.

Good technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings are required by quality engineers. Good mathematical abilities, including the ability to create statistical models, are beneficial in this position.
