Position Description:

A demonstrated record of success in leading product coaching initiatives for IT is required for the Principal Product Coach, IT job position. To ensure that projects are successful, timelines are met, and customer satisfaction is maximized, this role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of best practices across teams within IT. A strong understanding of current IT trends and challenges is required for the ideal candidate.

Someone with a passion for learning, teaching, and problem-solving is required for this position. Excellent communication skills are required of the Principal Product Coach. They should be well-versed in working with various levels of staff and leaders to ensure that all team members understand the agreed upon goals and objectives, and that they are held accountable for meeting them.

Product owners, stakeholders, and other teams need experience in building relationships with the product coach. They need to be organized, able to manage multiple projects at the same time, and have the ability to present complex concepts in a concise manner. This position may require travel to remote locations, so they should be able to easily work across cultures.

The long-term product coaching strategy for IT will be led by the Principal Product Coach. This includes assessing the current state of product coaching, identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies and processes to increase coaching effectiveness, and providing mentorship and training to team members. The successful candidate will be charged with introducing innovative approaches to product coaching that can be scaled across the organization.
