Position Description:

The Senior Flight Service Manager is a key position in the travel industry, providing oversight and coordination of airline services to ensure the best customer experience. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various aspects of flight operations, including passenger service, crew management, airport operations, and aircraft maintenance. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and an understanding of the aviation industry are required of the Senior Flight Service Manager.

As Senior Flight Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of flight attendants and ensuring that all customer service requirements are met. You will be tasked with overseeing operational aspects of the airline’s flights, such as scheduling, tracking, and managing crew and aircraft performance. You will provide training and support to your staff on customer service standards and safety protocols, as well as monitoring and reporting on operational performance.
