Position Description:

The Senior Staff Representative – Instructional Design is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional who will provide instructional design services to support the delivery of high quality, innovative learning experiences. An individual with exceptional technical skills, creativity, and communication abilities is required to serve as a resource for the organization’s instructional design team.

In order to develop effective and engaging instruction materials that meet the needs of learners at all levels, this individual will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining user-friendly systems and processes to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of training materials. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment are required of the Senior Staff Representative.

A Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field is required for this role. They should be proficient in current educational theories and methodologies, including but not limited to adult learning principles, e-learning development, and creative problem solving. This individual will need to communicate project objectives and timelines with key stakeholders and subject matter experts. Experience working with virtual/remote teams is a must.
