Position Description:

The successful day-to-day operations of a commercial airline will be managed by the Inflight Duty Manager. Ensuring passenger safety and comfort, managing aircraft inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service are some of the things that include supervising and training flight attendants. Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are what the ideal candidate should have. They must have a passion for travel and have strong problem-solving abilities.

All flights will operate smoothly and efficiently if you are the Inflight Duty Manager. In the event of any disruptions, you will be the point of contact. Administrative tasks such as payroll and budgeting will be managed by you. Policies and procedures will be developed to ensure safe flight operations.

New technology that could benefit operations will require you to stay up to date with industry regulations. You will build relationships with other departments and outside vendors and foster a positive work environment. You will be expected to investigate any complaints and take appropriate action.
